We are confident in the quality of our installation workmanship and the products we use. That is why we stand behind our work with lifetime workmanship protection.
Our warranty covers the following:
1. LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY – WATER LEAKAGE
Mobile Windscreen Sdn. Bhd. provides a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty against water leakage arising from or attributable to the windscreen installation carried out by Mobile Windscreen.
If water leakage is confirmed to be caused by our installation workmanship, we will rectify the installation at no additional workmanship charge, subject to inspection and verification.
We stand behind our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
2. NATURAL GLASS BREAKAGE OR CRACKING
Glass breakage or cracking where the windscreen cracks or breaks naturally without any external force, impact, stone, road debris, accident, vandalism, or damage caused by any third party.
Such natural breakage or cracking shall be covered under this warranty, subject to inspection and verification by Mobile Windscreen Sdn. Bhd.
Where the claim is verified and approved under this warranty, Mobile Windscreen will provide a one-for-one windscreen replacement, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
WARRANTY VOID CONDITIONS
This warranty shall be deemed null and void under any of the following circumstances:
a) Any subsequent windscreen or glass replacement is carried out by a third party.
b) Any repair, modification, removal, reinstallation, or other related work is carried out by a third party.
c) The windscreen damage is caused by any external force, impact, stone, road debris, accident, vandalism, or damage caused by any third party.
IMPORTANT
This warranty applies only to the original windscreen installation carried out by Mobile Windscreen Sdn. Bhd. at its outlets and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by Mobile Windscreen Sdn. Bhd. to determine whether the defect, breakage, or damage falls within the scope of this warranty.
The Lifetime Workmanship Warranty refers specifically to installation workmanship and remains applicable for as long as the original installation remains intact and has not been altered, removed, repaired, or modified by any third party.
